Anyone fitted an older Tow Hitch to a 2025 Santa Cruz?

Has anyone tried putting an older Santa Cruz tow hitch on a 2025 model? I'm curious if the frame mounts, clearances, and wiring all match up, or if any modifications are needed. Let me know if you've done this or know anything about it!

From what I've seen, aftermarket hitch manufacturers like Curt and Draw-Tite advertise that their Santa Cruz hitches are compatible with models from 2022 - 2025.
The frame mounts and general clearances are likely the same across those years but the big difference might be the wiring!
I read that the 2025 Santa Cruz uses a different tow module than the earlier years, especially for the OEM wiring harness so those from the 2022 - 2024 models might not be a direct plug and play for the 2025.
